芜湖市工业用地精明利用评价

EVALUATION ON SMART USE OF WUHU CITY INDUSTRIAL LAND

工业用地精明利用对于提高城市土地利用效率，以及促进工业用地集约利用具有重要意义．基于OEUS概念模型构建了包含产出、开发、利用、可持续4个方面15项指标的指标评价体系，对芜湖市工业用地精明利用实施评价并分析了工业用地精明利用的空间分异．研究表明：2002-2010芜湖市工业用地精明利用综合评价指数总体上涨了27．054，年增长幅度为20．01％；2002-2010年芜湖市工业用地精明利用水平由主要的I级精明利用上升到IV级精明利用，且“两翼”地区精明利用水平明显高于中部地区；芜湖市工业用地精明利用程度与其OEUS系统的协调度呈正相关．

The purpose of this study is about the smart use of industrial land ,which is of great significance for improving the efficiency of urban land use,as well as facilitating the intensive use of industrial land.Based on the OEUS concept model,this paper builds up an index evaluation system composed of 1 5 indicators,including four aspects,i.e.,production,development,utilization and sustainability.The smart use of industrial land in Wuhu city is evaluated and the spatial differentiation of smart use of industrial land is analyzed.Research results indicate that during 2002 and 201 0,the smart use comprehensive evaluation index of industrial land in Wuhu city had generally increased by 27.054.The annual growth rate was 20.01%.From 2002 to 201 0,the level of smart use of industrial land had risen from Level I to Level IV.Besides,the smart use in“two wings”was obviously higher than that in middle area.The smart use of industrial land in Wuhu city was positively related to its OEUS system.
