摘要 介绍5.00-8 10PR工业车辆斜交轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径458mm,断面宽124mm,行驶面宽度110mm,行驶面弧度高5.6mm,胎圈着合直径201mm,胎圈着合宽度89mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.875 9,采用混合花纹设计,花纹饱和度21.3%,花纹周节数28。施工设计:胎面采用两方三块,胎体采用3层1400dtex/2V1锦纶6帘布和2层1400dtex/2V2锦纶6帘布。采用半自动压辊包边成型机成型,双模定型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。 The design of 5.00--8 10PR industrial vehicle bias tire was described. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 458 mm, cross-sectional width 124 ram,width of running surface 110 ram,height of running surface 5.6 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 201 ram, bead width at rim seat 89 ram, maximum width position of cross-section (H~/H2) 0. 875 9, mixed tread pattern, block/total ratio 21.3%,and total number of pitches 28. In the con- struction design, the following processes were taken: two-formula and three-piece extruded tread, 3 layers of 1400dtex/2V1 and 2 layers of 1400dtex/2V2 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply; using semi- automatic press roll and building machine to build tires, and using tire shaping and curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of relative design and national standard.
