摘要
通过半连续预乳化法,用八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)和γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)对苯丙聚合物乳液进行改性。探讨D4开环聚合催化剂十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)的加入方式和引发剂、KH570、D4及丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)的用量对乳液性能的影响。当催化剂DBSA全部加入到底料中时,有利于稳定乳液的制备。确定了制备稳定的有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液的最佳组分,对乳胶膜的力学性能和耐水性进行了表征。
Through a semi-continuous emulsion polymerization, latexes of styrene and acrylic copolymer, modified with octomethyl cyclotetrasiloxane (D4 ) and 3-(methaeryloxy) propyl trimethoxysilane (KH570), were prepared. The effects of amounts of initiator, KH570, D4 and hydroxyethyl acrylate and whereabouts of the catalyst for D4 ring-open polymerization ( dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid, DBSA) on the latex properties were studied. It was found that more stable latex was obtained when DBSA was initially added in the reactor in comparison with its addition to the preemulsion followed by slow feeding to the reactor along with the preemulsion. The process was also optimized with regard to the other ingredients used in the polymerization. The mechanical property of the latex film and its water adsorption were also characterized.
