摘要 将光纤传感器应用到钢球表面缺陷检测中,推导球面物体的检测函数,建立反射面为球面的光强调制特性函数模型,并用Matlab进行仿真,分析球面因素对传感器接收特性的影响。仿真结果表明,钢球球面因素使光强特性曲线左移,传感器死区变小,对特性曲线前坡影响小于对后坡的影响水平。被检测钢球半径在4-80 mm范围内,半径越小传感器检测灵敏度越高,线性度越好;钢球曲面因素对接收光纤接收光强峰值影响不大。 For detecting the steel ball surface defects by means of optical fiber sensor,we deduce a detection function for spherical objects and establish a model for the light intensity reflected by spherical surfaces, and simulate with Matlab to analyze the influence of spherical factors on the receiving characteristics of sensor. The simulation results show that the steel ball curvature makes the light in tensity curve shifting to the left, the sensor dead zone getting smaller, the influence on the front slope of the curve being smaller than the back slope. If the radius of tested steel balls is within 4 -80 mm, then the smaller the radius is, the higher the sensor detection sensitiv ity is, and the better the linearity is. The steel ball curvature factors have a litter influence on the receiving fiber peak intensity.
