The Gene Clone of ω-6 Fatty Acid Desaturase in Hippophae Rhamnoides Linn.

利用同源基因克隆技术克隆沙棘ω-6脂肪酸去饱和酶基因,聚合酶链式反应(PCR)扩增获得的目的基因序列,序列长度541 bp。经局部序列排比检索基本工具(BLAST)检索核酸同源序列,验证分析发现,该序列与大豆、菜豆、苜蓿ω-6脂肪酸去饱和酶基因同源性分别达到76%、75%和74%,说明其确为沙棘ω-6脂肪酸去饱和酶基因的部分片段。

Using homology gene cloning technology,ω-6 fatty acid desaturase gene was cloned from Hippophae Rhamnoides Linn. , and the target gene fragment of 541 bp was obtained by PCR teehrology. It has been verified using BLAST that he homology, of the target fragment with glycine max Linn. ,phaseolus vulgari Linn. and Medicago sativa Linn. reaches 76%, 75% and 74% , respectively, which means that the seqence is really a hart of ω-6 fatty acid desaturase gene.
