摘要
以热致液晶4-氰基-4'-戊基联苯(5cb)作为模板,通过电化学聚合法制备具有纳米网状结构的聚3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩(PEDOT)薄膜,利用红外光谱、偏光显微镜(POM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究薄膜双折射和微观结构,利用循环伏安曲线(CV)、紫外光谱、荧光光谱、电导率仪等研究其光电学性能,并通过调节聚合温度实现了制备PEDOT薄膜的形貌控制。结果表明,5cb向列相液晶在聚合过程中起到模板作用,PEDOT薄膜具备向列相液晶特有的双折射性,具有纳米尺度的网状微观结构,能导致薄膜光电学性能的变化。
Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) film with polarizing properties is synthesized via electropolymerization in 5cb nematic phase. The structure, performance and morphology of PEDOT were characterized by FT-IR, polarizing microscope, fluores- cence spectrum, cyclic voltammogram and scanning electron microscopy. Results show that the PEDOT film has good polarizing properties and a nano-network structure. In the process of polymerization,the nematie liquid crystal of 5cb is successfully used as template.
