Synthesis and Living Polymerization Characteristics of 2,2,2-Trifluoroethyl Methacrylate in Supercritical CO_2 Based on RAFT Polymerization

摘要 在超临界CO2环境下,通过可逆断裂加成链转移(RAFT)聚合方法,以二硫代苯甲酸枯酯(CDB)为链转移剂,进行甲基丙烯酸2,2,2-三氟乙酯(TFEMA)聚合反应,并对聚合产物进行IR、1H NMR、GPC和DSC表征。结果表明,制备的聚合物结构明确,分子量的分散系数小于1.3,可控且分布很窄。 A polymer of 2,2,2-trifluoroethyl methacrylate (TFEMA) was prepared in supercritical CO2 based on RAFT polymerization with cumyl dithiobenzoate (CDB) as chain transfer agent, and characterized by means of FT-IR, 1H NMR, DSC and GPC methods. The results indicated that the polymer has a clear structure with controllable molecular weight and narrow distribution.
