摘要
在马来酸酐(MA)与二乙烯基苯(DVB)的共聚物微球中,引入单乙烯基的电子给体即第三单体乙烯基环己基醚(CHVE),通过沉淀聚合制备低交联的功能性微球,探讨CHVE的加入对微球粒径形貌和微球中酸酐含量的影响。结果表明:加入CHVE可将微球的交联度降低至10%,同时能提高酸酐含量,在MA与CHVE的物质的量的比接近1∶1时,产率最高可达90%以上。
Slightly crosslinked monodisperse poly (maleic anhydride-cyclohexyl vinyl ether-divinylbenzene ) (MA-CHVE-DVB) microspheres were prepared by precipitation polymerization, and the effects of cyclohexyl vinyl ether and single-electron donor monomer were discussed. Experimental results showed that CHVE could decrease the crosslinking degree as low as to 10%, while CHVE could increase the content of anhydride group,mad that the yield of microspheres would be more than 90% when the mole ratio of MA to CHVE was close to 1 : 1.
