中外区域经济开发战略模式的比较研究

The Comparative Strdy of Pegional Economic Development Strategy Model both inside and outside of China

国内外区域经济发展战略主要存在均衡发展战略、非均衡发展战略和非均衡协调发展战略等三种理论模式 ,其在不同国家的区域开发中产生了各自实践效果。我国的西部大开发战略应选择“非均衡——均衡”的协调发展战略模式 ,并在该模式下建立区域经济发展的调节机制 ,重点实施“大开发”与“大开放”相结合的发展战略和可持续发展战略。

There are three theory models in regional economic development strategy in the world. they're the balanced development Strategy, non-balanced development strategy and non-balanced coordination development strategy. Each has it's own practical result in different countries and areas.We should choose the “non-balanced——balanced”coordination development strategy model in our westarea development strategy. With this model, we should build up area economic development adjustment. The key point is the combination strategy of “the big development”and “the big opening to the world”and of sustainable development.
