摘要
对长岭公司四十年安全生产实践过程中HSE文化的形成以及建设效果进行了阐述。HSE文化是企业文化建设的重要内容,加强HSE文化建设的最终目标是实现团队管理,对企业实现可持续发展具有促进作用。通过大量的事实和数据分析,从长岭公司HSE文化形成过程,建设实践中的特色做法,以及HSE文化发展趋势等方面,进一步论述了建设具有长岭公司特色的HSE文化对创建本质安全型企业的必要性和重要意义,提出应因地制宜,采用现代管理手段加强长岭公司特色HSE文化建设,促进企业安全发展。
This paper expatiates on the formation of HSE culture and the effects of HSE culture construction from Changling's 40-year practice of safe production. HSE culture is the key content of enterprise culture construction. The ultimate goal of enhancing the construction of HSE culture is the realization of team management and it can motivate the sustainable development of enterprise. By analyzing facts and data in large quantity,this paper further elaborates the necessity and importance of constructing HSE culture with Changling characteristics to build the intrinsically safe enterprise from many aspects,such as the formation of HSE culture construction process,the practice of construction with special characteristics,and the trend of HSE culture development. Then,the paper proposes to take actions suitable for local circumstances by adopting the modern management means so as to enhance the construction of HSE culture with Changling characteristics and promote the safe development of the enterprise.
