摘要
高倍泡沫应用到泄漏的LNG液池上,可加速蒸汽向上扩散,减少下风向甲烷扩散浓度。通过LNG在不同泄漏条件下实验数据的对比,得出高倍泡沫应用后下风向甲烷浓度明显减少,且下风向甲烷气体的浓度减少程度与泡沫发泡倍数有关,其中泡沫倍数为750对下风向甲烷浓度减少最为有利,可为事故泄漏情况下采取危害缓解措施,缩小危险区域提供指导性建议。对实际工程安全距离的确定具有重大意义。
High expansion foam applied on leaked LNG pool can accelerate the steam to diffuse upward and reduce the leeward methane diffusion concentration. Through comparing experimental data of the LNG leakage at different leak conditions,the paper arrived at the conclusion that the leeward methane concentration decreased obviously after the application of high expansion foam and the decrease degree of the leeward methane concentration was closely related to the foam expansion ratio,and the expansion ratio of 750 ∶1 was most favorable for the decrease of leeward methane concentration. These can provide guidance and suggestions for taking hazard mitigation measures to narrow down risk area in practical leak cases. This is of great importance to the determination of safe distance in practical engineering.
