摘要
某厂新增建液化烃球罐在球体焊接完成后,需采用明火燃烧的方式对球罐进行焊后整体热处理。新建的球罐位于运行中的液化烃罐区,罐区内介质主要为液化气、丙烯等,如果在用的设施发生液化烃泄漏,有可能引发着火、爆炸等危害,因此需分析作业风险并有针对性地提出相应对策措施,确保球罐整体热处理期间的施工及生产安全。
A factory built a liquid hydrocarbon spherical tank newly. After completing the welding of the tank,bulk heat treatment of the new spherical tank using open fire was required. The new spherical tank was built in an in-service tank farm which stored liquefied petrol gas( LPG) and propylene. If liquid hydrocarbon leaks from the in-service facilities,there might be fire and explosion. Therefore,risk analysis should be carried out and pertinent preventive measures should also be proposed to ensure the safe construction and production during the bulk heat treatment of the spherical tank.
