摘要
普光气田使用两个厂家的井口控制柜,分别是弗赛特(FST)井口控制柜和喀麦隆(Cameron)井口控制柜。其中弗赛特(FST)使用气控液型和液控液型2种类型控制柜,喀麦隆(Cameron)使用液控液型控制柜。在气田发生火灾爆炸、酸气泄漏等异常情况下,可触发井口控制柜逻辑关断,关闭采气树地面安全阀或井下安全阀,从源头切断气源,保证气田安全。分别对上述三种井口控制柜的结构和控制原理进行剖析,结合现场实际检修情况,制定出详细的检修标准,保证在紧急情况下,实现井口安全阀ESD关断,达到关断响应快,关井控制顺序准确可靠的目的。
Two kinds of wellhead control cabinet made by different factories were used in Puguang Gas Field,which are Cameron and FST wellhead control cabinet. FST wellhead control cabinet includes the type of gas control liquid and liquid control liquid, while Cameron wellhead control cabinet is the type of liquid control liquid. Under the abnormal conditions of fire,explosion,and acid gas leakage,the christmas tree of gas safety valve or down hole safety valve can be shut off by logic shutoff of wellhead control cabinet to ensure the safety of gas field by cutting off the gas source. The structure and control principles of these three wellhead control cabinets are analyzed and detailed inspection standards are developed combining with the actual field overhaul to ensure the cutoff of the ESD( Emergency shutdown device) safety valve at the wellhead in case of emergency. The shutdown response is quick and the well shutting control sequence is accurate and reliable.
