An Appeal of the Times for Enhancing Leading Cadres' Environment Consciousness

本文通过对云南省部分领导干部环境意识的问卷调查 ,分析了领导干部环境意识的状况 ,认为其环境意识水平与中央对实施可持续发展战略和西部大开发战略的要求还有很大差距。增强领导干部的环境意识是西部大开发和实现可持续发展的重要前提 ,必须采取切实可行的措施来提高领导干部的环境意识。

This article analyzes the status of part leading cadres' environment consciousness by surveying on question and answer paper. It deems that part of leading cadres' environment consciousness can't meet the requirements of the implementation of sustainable development and western region development's strategies. Enhancing leading cadres' environment consciousness is the important prerequisite of western region development and sustainable development, for which it must take practicable and effective measures.
