不同来源硒对肉鸡生产性能、免疫功能和抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Different Selenium Sources on Production Performance,Immune Function and Antioxidant Capacity of Broilers

摘要 本试验旨在研究同一添加水平的不同硒元素对肉鸡生产性能、免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响。将324只1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡随机分为3个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复18只,3个处理的日粮分别添加0.3 mg/kg亚硒酸钠、酵母硒1#和酵母硒2#。试验分1~21日龄、22~42日龄两阶段。结果表明:不同硒元素添加组间肉鸡生长性能各项指标均无显著差异(P〉0.05);21日龄时,酵母硒2#与酵母硒1#处理组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著高于亚硒酸钠处理组(P〈0.01);42日龄时,酵母硒2#和与酵母硒1#处理组的血清总超氧化物歧化酶活性和抑制羟自由基能力显著高于亚硒酸钠处理组,且丙二醛含量显著低于亚硒酸钠处理组(P〈0.05)。研究表明,不同来源的硒对肉鸡生产性能没有显著影响,但酵母硒对肉鸡的抗氧化性能要优于亚硒酸钠。 This study was conducted to investigate the effect of different selenium sources on production performance,immune function and antioxidant capacity of broilers.A total of 324 one-day-age AA broilers were selected and randomly allocated to three treatments of six replicates with 18 broilers each,0.3 mg/kg of sodium selenite,selenium yeast 1# and selenium yeast 2# were added to the basal diet respectively. The feeding included two phase of 1 to 21 days of age and22 to 42 days of age. The results showed that growth performances were not significantly different between different selenium sources treatments(P〉0.05). At 21 days of age,serum glutathione peroxides activities of selenium yeast 2#and selenium yeast 1# treatments were significantly higher than sodium selenite treatment(P〈0.01). At 42 days of age,total superoxide dismutase activity and inhibition of hydroxyl radical of selenium yeast 2# and selenium yeast 1# treatments were significantly higher than that of sodium selenite treatment and malondialdehyde content of which were significantly lower than that of sodium selenite treatment(P〈0.05).Different sources of selenium on production performance was not significantly affected,but antioxidant capacity of selenium yeast was superior to sodium selenite in broiler.
