摘要
以宁紫2-2甘薯为供试材料,采取随机区组设计,研究了密度和收获期对甘薯薯干率及花青素含量的影响。结果表明:栽培密度和收获期对薯干率、薯干产量、花青素相对含量均有影响。随生育期的延长各密度处理的薯干率均有所提高且差异减小;薯干产量随密度增加和生育期延长而增加;花青素相对含量生长前期最高,中期最低,以后随生育期的延长而有所提高,至生长末期又降低趋势。
The effects of the different densities and harvest time on dry matter rate and anthocyanin con-tent of sweet potato were studied with ningzi 2-2 as experiment material and by randomized block design .The results showed that the planting density and harvest time affected the dry matter rate , dried sweet potato yield and relative anthocyanin content .With the growth period prolonging , the dry matter rate of all planting density treatments increased with decreased difference .The dried sweet potato yield increased with increase of planting density and prolonging of growth period .The relative anthocyanin content was the highest in earlier growth stage and the lowest in middle growth stage , then it improved but decreased at the late growth stage .
