Discussion of Emission Standards of the First Kinds of Pollutants in Total Outfall

目前第一类污染物只有车间排放浓度标准,没有总排口排放浓度标准,给第一类污染物的日常排放监督管理带来了较大难度。对目前总排口第一类污染物排放浓度评价做法进行了探讨,并对第一类污染物总排口标准如何制定提出了建议。

There is only emission standards of the first kinds of pollutants in workshop outfall at present,but no emission standards in total outfall. Therefore it is difficult to supervise and manage it every day. The current assessment method about the Emission Standards of the first kinds of pollutants in total outfall were discussed,and suggestions on how to set the emission standards were put forward.
