摘要
采用SKALAR SAN++型连续流动分析仪,将土壤样品在酸性条件下进行预蒸馏,馏出液中氰化物和氯胺T作用生成氯化氰,然后与异烟酸反应,经水解而生成戊烯二醛,最后与1,3-二甲基巴比妥酸作用生成紫蓝色化合物,于600 nm波长处测定其吸光度。结果表明该方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,稳定性好。
The determination of total cyanide in the soil by SKALAR SAN++continuous flow analysis was discussed. The soil samples were pre-distilled in acidic conditions. The photometric determination was based on the reaction of cyanide with chloramine-T under the formation of cyanogen chloride. It reacted with pyridine-4-carbonicacid and 1,3-dimethylbarbituric acid to give a violet blue color. This color was measured at 600 nm. The results showed that the method was fast, accurate, high sensitivity and good stability.
