摘要
针对支架的特殊结构,结合冲压工艺和焊接工艺,巧妙地完成了零件的总体工艺方案和模具设计。实践证明,成形工艺设计合理,模具结构简单实用,能满足零件的批量生产及质量要求,对同类零件的模具设计具有一定的参考作用。
The overall process scheme and design of a die for a bracket were completed based on the product’s special structure, the stamping process and welding process.
