摘要
根据进气管结构和性能要求,研究了其在快速砂型铸造中的制模工艺及技术特点,包括参数设置、分型面选择等关键技术;并运用Procast软件对其铸造充型过程进行仿真模拟,模拟分析了铸件可能产生的铸造工艺缺陷,最终运用确定的制模工艺完成铸件的实际生产。结果表明,快速砂型铸造工艺具有精度高,制作周期短等优点,适合进气管等复杂汽车零部件的小批量生产,能够降低生产成本,提高铸件质量。
Based on the structure of D20B intake manifold and performance requirements, the process and technical characteristics of rapid sand casting for the product were stud-ied, including some key technologies like the establishment of parameters and selection of parting level. The casting filling process was simulated by the Procast software in which the casting defects were found and analyzed and then an optimized process was deter-mined.
