摘要
应用光谱吸收和光纤光栅技术,研制了基于光纤传感的瓦斯抽采管道安全监测系统。对管道内的甲烷、氧气、温度以及压力等关键参数进行实时在线监测,并根据温度、压力参数对甲烷浓度进行补偿,补偿后系统的精度分别提高了7%和11%。现场实验结果表明,此方法能够实现对瓦斯抽采管道的安全监测。
We developed an optical fiber sensing technology based gas drainage pipeline human body safety monitoring system with spectrum absorption and fiber Bragg grating technology.The system can perform realtime monitoring for such key parameters within the pipe as methane,oxygen,temperature and pressure.The system can also compensate methane concentration based on temperature and pressure,measurement accuracy improvement of 7% and 11% after compensation.Scenario experimental results show that the system can achieve safety monitoring for gas drainage pipeline.
