摘要
通过现场实测掌握了某矿7021工作面采动影响下回采巷道的变形规律,经过理论计算得出该工作面回采巷道底鼓类型属于挤压流动型底鼓,分析认为两帮煤体的变形破坏是引起巷道底鼓的最直接原因。分析了引起巷道底鼓的主要因素,给出了治理底鼓方案,即在原有支护基础上采用底板锚杆注浆加固底板。现场试验表明,该方案对防治底鼓效果较好。
Mastered the dynamic deformation rules of roadway of 7021 working face under the influence of mining based on the field test. It drew a conclusion that the floor heave was the squeezing-flowing type based on the theoretical calculation,and through the analy- sis,it considered that the reason for floor heave was deformation failure of the two sides coal-wall of roadway. It analyzed the main factors that caused the floor heave of roadway, and gave the control scheme based on the original supporting in this paper, that is, adopting the method of bolting and shotcreting technology to reinforce the floor. Field tests show that the scheme is effective to the controlling of floor heave.
