摘要
针对韩王矿二水平泵房—变电所硐室局部两帮及底板发生破坏变形严重的情况,分析了锚网索组合加注浆加固支护的机理及特点,提出了对破碎围岩进行锚网打锚索加壁后注浆加固的治理方案,改进了支护工艺。该方案的应用加大了支护强度和刚度,提高了围岩自身的承载能力,从根本上解决了因围岩变形而产生的支护体破坏。
The two-side and floor of pump room in the second level and local substation chamber is seriously deformed in Hanwang Coal Mine. Aiming at this problem, analysed the mechanism and characteristics of bolt-net-anchor and grouting reinforced supporting technol- ogy, treatment scheme of bolt-net-anchor and grouting reinforcement in the wall to broken surrounding rock was put forward, and the supporting technology was improved. The supporting intensity and stiffness was increased, carrying capacity of surrounding rock was en- hanced, support broken was solved because of the application of this scheme, reference and guidance was provided to repair the similar mine tunnel chamber.
