摘要 针对某矿301工作面四柱式支架出现的受力不均、支护效率较低且效果较差的问题,研究了两柱式支架在大倾角煤层工作面的适用性。得出结论:两柱式支架在大倾角煤层工作面受力均衡,支架的支护效率较高;两柱式支架的平均初撑力为29.64 MPa,生产过程中可提供较高初撑力,两柱式支架初撑力在大倾角煤层工作面具有很好的适应性。 It adopted four leg hydraulic powered caving supports in No. 301 working face, and the hydraulic supporting force is uneven, the supporting efficiency and effect is poor. Aiming at these problems,the applicability of the two leg hydraulic powered caving supports in large inclined angle coal seam was researched. It draw a conclusion that the two leg hydraulic powered caving supports used in large inclined angle coal seam can keep equilibrium and have high support efficiency. The average setting load of two-column bracket is 29.64 MPa,and it can provide higher initial support force in the production than any other kind of supports. Two leg hydraulic powered caving supports have good adaptability in large inclined angle coal seam.
