摘要
通过统计分析唐山地区主要生产矿井在2002年10月至2012年7月全部生产死亡事故案例,初步掌握了近年煤矿死亡事故在发生时间、类别上的特点。探讨了死亡者的工龄、文化素质分布情况以及企业管理等因素对煤矿死亡事故的影响,提出了一系列有针对性的防范措施,以便能够有效防止矿山死亡事故的发生,增强我国煤矿安全的管理水平。
From different angles and different levels, all production fatal accidents of the main coal mine in Tangshan were analyzed from October 2002 to July 2012 ,the time and category characteristics of recent coal mine fatal accident were mastered preliminarily. This pa- per discussed the influence of victim＇s age ,service length and cultural quality distribution as well as the enterprise management on fatal accidents. A series of targeted measures were put forward to prevent death accidents effectively and strengthen the coal mine safety man- agement of our country.
