摘要
某钨矿山选矿厂原矿仓给矿设备设计时采用重型板式给矿机,由于该设备存在矿石结拱、悬空、卡矿等重大安全隐患,企业采用振动给矿法对原矿仓给矿设备进行了改造。重点分析了提高振动给矿给矿量问题和设备减震问题,采用增大振动方向角的办法来提高给矿能力,采用独立基础和充填橡胶材料的方法进行减震。工程实践证明,优化后原矿仓给矿设备运行顺畅、可靠,操作简单,维护工作量小,不仅使得材料配件、能源等消耗大幅度降低并且保障了矿山的安全生产,具有一定的推广运用价值。
Heavy plate feeder has serious risk dangers, such as knot arch, suspicion, mineral stuck. Vibration feeder is applied to transform the current mineral feeding technology. Vibration feeding volume and equipment damping are practiced by increasing vibration direction angle and filling rubber materials. The transformed mineral feeder has the advantages of reliable performance, simple operation, low energy consumption.
