降低电解锰生产合格液中硫酸铵含量的实践

摘要 在电解锰的生产中,为了维持电解的正常进行,根据使用的抗氧化剂的不同,合格液中加入的硫酸铵含量通常控制在100~140g/L[1-2].四川平武锰业集团有限责任公司在5·12汶川特大地震恢复重建后,在进行开发利用含锰只有约12%的碳酸锰矿,针对生产中出现的硫酸铵结晶突出的问题,电解锰厂打破常规,逐步将合格液中的硫酸铵含量从115g/L降到了80g/L既能满足电解生产,减少了结晶的清运工作,又降低了硫酸铵消耗. In electrolytic manganese production, in order to maintain the normal electrolysis, based on the use of antioxidants, ammonium sulfate content in the liquid adding qualified usually control in 100 - 140g/L . Siehuan Pingwu manganese industry Refco Group Co., Ltd in 5· 12 Wenchuan earthquake restoration and reconstruction, the exploitation and utilization of manganese containing only about 12% of the manganese carbonate, ammonium sulfate production in crystallization of outstanding issues, electrolytic manganese plant will gradually break the normal procedure, qualified sulfur acid ammonium content in liquor is reduced from 115g/L to 80g/L, both to meet the electrolysis production, reduces the crystallization of the removal work, but also reduce the consumption of ammonium sulfate.
