江苏省《建设工程渗漏检测技术标准》标准解读

Interpretation of 《Leakage Detection Technology Standard for Building Engineering》in Jiangsu Province

以现行国家建筑防水设计和施工验收标准为依据,结合江苏建筑防水工程的现状和特点,通过实际建设工程渗漏检测和研究确定江苏省建设工程渗漏检测程序和技术要求,确定检测方法,编制了江苏省工程建设标准《建设工程渗漏检测技术规程》。该标准的实施保证了建设工程渗漏检测结果的科学性、合理性和权威性。

To the current national building waterproof design and construction inspection criteria, combined with the status and characteristics of Jiangsu construction waterproof engineering, through the actual construction leakage testing and research to determine Jiangsu province construction engineering leakage test procedures and technical requirements, it has determined the testing content and methods , compiled the Jiangsu province engineering construction standard （Technical specification for leakage detection of construction project）. The implementation of the standard guarantees the scientific nature, the rationality of the construction project leakage test results and authority. The implementation of the standards ensure the scientism,rationality and authority of the construction leakage testing results.
