摘要
面对2013年中国餐饮业内外部环境的深刻变革,中国餐饮百强企业作为餐饮行业的标杆与领军代表,在转型升级的努力中,呈现出发展放缓、差距拉大、业态多元、冲击各异的特点。在2014年内外发展环境依然复杂、不确定、不稳定的情况下,中国餐饮百强企业应积极考虑转型应对,提高自身服务和菜品质量,带领整个行业恢复昔日生机。
As models and leaders among the catering industry,the 100 restaurants are making efforts to reach their goals of transformation and upgrading.Facing the profound reform of the catering industry in 2013,the transformation and upgrading of the 100 restaurants demonstrate characteristics as slowdown in growth,widening gap,diversified business and various impacts.The complex and unstable internal and external environment in 2014 require the 100 restaurants to make positive transformation to improve their quality of foods and service,and lead the industry to restore its vitality.
