邯钢3200 m3高炉因突发事故无计划停煤长达8 h,通过快速变停煤焦比、合理控制各项参数,协调理论燃烧温度与炉温的关系,避免了炉况与炉温的大幅度波动。
The unplanned stopping coal injection in eastern 3200 m3 BF of Hangang was up to 8 hours,through rapid chan-ging the coke ratio of stopping coal injection , reasonable controlling every parameter , coordinating theoretical combustion temperature and furnace temperature ,avoided the volatility of furnace condition and temperature .
