摘要
对国家标准方法 GB/T 8151.3-2012 Na2EDTA滴定法测定锌精矿中铁量的测量不确定度来源进行了分析,对影响检测结果的各个分量进行分析和量化,求得合成不确定度和扩展不确定度分别为0.051%和0.10%。找出了引起不确定度的主要来源,作为实际工作中重点控制的因素,以减少测量误差,保证测量结果的准确性和有效性。
The sources of measurement uncertainty by national standard method -GB/T 8151.3-2012, determination of iron content in zinc concentrate by Na 2 EDTA titration method was analyzed , and each component ’ s influence to the test results was analyzed and quantified .Synthetic uncertainty is 0.051%,and expanded uncertainty is 0.10%.The main sources of un-certainty wrer found out and taken as the key control factors in the practical work to reduce the measurement error , and to guarantee the accuracy and effectiveness of the measurement results .
