摘要
酒钢镀锌生产线使用立式连续退火炉对带钢进行退火处理,并采用退火炉带钢温度控制模型对带钢的退火温度进行精确控制。本文详细描述酒钢镀锌生产线退火炉带钢温度控制模型的基本原理、数学模型的建立方法、相关系统的调试与分析,并给出了模型控制的稳态输出结果。为酒钢热镀锌新产品的开发提供了可依据的参考。
Vertical continuous annealing furnace , as annealing method for strips of galvanizing line of Jiuquan Iron&Steel ( Group) Co.,Ltd( hereinafter as JISCO ) ,has a temperature control model system used for making accurate control for strip annealing temperature .With optimal forecasting control method , this model calculate the value of gas flow according to actu-al strip temperature , furnace temperature and math model , and send this value to relevant control unit in order to control strip temperature at exit of furnace .This paper gives detailed description for model ’ s basic principle , establishing method of math model and commissioning and analysis of relevant system as well as its steady -state output , which offers reference for new galvanizing product development of JISCO .
