论学校体育组织文化的建构

The Research of School Sports Organizational Culture

学校体育组织文化是学校体育健康发展的有效保障。如何建构科学、合理的学校体育组织文化是亟待解决的难题。通过分析组织文化的发展脉络,界定了学校体育组织文化的内涵、分类与特征,提出了应用学校体育组织文化评估工具诊断学校体育组织文化的现状与期望状态,寻找存在的问题与发展方向,并提出了建构干预行动的原则与注意事项。

The school sports organizational culture is a valid guarantee of the school sports healthy development.How to construct scientific and reasonable school sports organization culture is the urgent problem to be solved.By literature material law,through analyze the development of organizational culture,define the school sports organizational culture connotation,classification and features.Then by the assessment tools for the diagnosis of PE culture status and expectation state,we can find its existing problems and development direction.Finally,we propose the intervention principle and the matters needing attention.
