某产品零件转膛体,选用特种钢,强度及硬度要求高;4个药室(弹膛)具有高的尺寸精度和表面粗糙度,并具有极高的位置精度。在热处理后采用切削加工极其困难的情况下,选用电解加工方法完成药室精的加工。实现了电解成形工艺对高精度、高硬度、复杂成形孔的精加工。

A kind of special purposed steel with high requirement both in strength and hardness is selected as material for rotating cylinder of a certain product.4 chambers are featured with high dimension accura-cy,surface roughness and extremely high position accuracy.Chamber is very hard to be machined with cutting method after heat-treatment so that electrolytic machining is selected as fine machining method of chamber.It realizes fine machining of high accuracy,high hardness and complicated forming hole with e-lectrolytic forming process.
