摘要
高性能电机调速系统依赖于准确的转子位置检测,常用的位置检测传感器有光电编码器和旋转变压器等。旋转变压器具有抗震性好、工作可靠、寿命长等优点,非常适合需要快速响应和抗冲要求高的调速系统。在给出旋转变压器工作原理基础上,以单片机XMC4500为主控芯片设计了2种解码电路。实验结果表明:该设计方案能够对电机转子位置进行准确快速检测,完全满足伺服系统高精度和高可靠性的要求。
The high-performance motor speed control system relies on the accurate detection of rotor’s po-sition.Common used position detection sensor includes photoelectric encoder,resolver and others.Resolv-er has good shock resistance,high stability,long life and other advantages,which is ideal for the system of fast response and high impact requirements governing.Based on the basis of resolver,We designed two kinds of decoding circuit,the microcontroller XMC4500 as the master chip.Experimental results show that the design can detect the motor rotor position quickly and accurately,to fully meet the requirements of high accuracy and reliability for the servo system.
