摘要
为了研究机电引信安保机构的解除保险过程,提出了利用ADAMS软件动态仿真的方法;建立了安保机构仿真模型,计算过程中考虑转子与相邻构件间的接触和碰撞等复杂因素的存在,仿真出了水平转子转正时间,验证了转子转动的灵活性和快速性,以及锁定机构工作的可靠性;将仿真结果与高速摄像试验统计结果比较,验证了ADAMS软件仿真结果的正确性。
To study the arming process of mechanical-electrical fuse’s security mechanism,the way of dy-namic simulation using the ADAMS software is proposed.The simulation model of security mechanism is built,complex factors such as contact and collision are considered between the rotor and other adjacent parts while computing.The rotation time of the horizontal rotor is obtained through the simulation,that the rotor can rotate to the end position rapidly and the locking mechanism can lock the rotor reliably are veri-fied.Comparing the simulation results with the high-speed camera test,the correctness of the simulation results using the ADAMS software is tested.
