Air Attack Objectives Threat Evaluation and Priority Based on Optimum Order Method

基于优序数的空袭目标排序方法,通过评价指标值的期望、方差,得到指标的客观权重;根据决策矩阵得到各目标相对单个指标的优序数和相对所有指标的总优序数;结合指标客观权重,完成各目标的排序优选;算例表明了方法可行,计算简洁,具有较好的实用性。

Based on the method of the air attack objectives priority,the objective weights of the indexes are got by their expectations and variances.After founding the decision matrix,the integrated optimum or-der numbers about the objectives and all indexes are obtained by the optimum order number between the objectives and the single index.Then,the priority of the air attack objectives is finished based on the ob-jective weights.Finally,the ranking example shows that the method is objective,simple,accurate and ef-fective.
