摘要
该文提出了一种基于数字图像分析技术实现压印接头机械内锁滑移检测分析的方法,构建了接头滑移检测图像采集分析系统,设计并制备了铝合金板材双半剖压印接头试件.力学加载试验过程中利用多台电子显微镜同步观察、采集接头机械内锁区滑移图像序列,采用数字图像灰度匹配算法计算机械内锁区上下板间的滑移错动量,并融合载荷历程试验数据分析接头滑移失效的演变过程.该方法的提出为此类型机械连接接头的力学性能试验以及微观失效分析提供了一条可行途径.
A method for the detection of mechanical interlock slid in clinch joints is proposed based on digital image analysis technology.An image collection system is then set up for the mechanical experiments.A special double-spots specimen is designed,and simple tensile test is carried out.Several digital microscopes are set up to observe and record synchronously the sequential images of clinch in the region of slid during the tensile test.The algorithm of image gray matching is used to calculate the slip of upper and lower plates in the interlock region.The development of the micro-slip in the joint is clarified with the data of load process.Results show that this method can provide a new path for the mechanical property evaluation and failure analysis for this type joints.
