The Mass Line Education and Removal of the “Privilege” Ideology in the Party

群众路线教育的总目标和价值取向与党内"特权"思想是一对矛盾,此消彼长。群众路线教育就是要在党内形成民主作风和民主气氛来坚决打击党内"特权"思想,更好地为人民服务,做好人民的公仆;党内"特权"思想的清除可以使群众路线教育实践达到预期功效,从而提升党的建设科学化、制度化水平。文章从群众路线教育的价值聚焦、党内"特权"思想产生的归因、党内"特权"思想的现实表现、党内"特权"思想清除的策略等四个方面来破解主题,以期了解党内"特权"思想的全貌,为清除党内"特权"思想,澄清模糊认识,永葆党的先进性和纯洁性建言献策。

The overall goal and value orientation of the mass line education are contradictory to the ＂privilege＂ ideology of the Party, which conflict with each other. The purpose of the mass line education is to form a democratic style in the party to combat the innerparty ＂privilege＂ of ideas, to serve the people better, and to serve the people. The removal of the ＂privilege＂ inside the Party may make the mass line education practice realize the desired aim so as to promote the scientific and institutional construction of the Party. Focusing on the values of the mass line education, the reasons for the occurrence of the privilege ideology, the realistic manifestation of the privilege ideology, and the strategies to remove the privilege, this article probes into resolution of the problems mentioned in the article so as to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the ＂privilege＂ ideology as a whole picture, to eliminate the ＂privilege＂ ideology inside the Party, to clarify the fuzzy understanding, and to preserve the advanced nature and purity of the Party.
