摘要
目的:分析武汉市医联体核心医院与其医联体成员机构之间的联动模式,并探讨武汉市医联体各联动模式的核心医院在改革前后的综合效益,为武汉市乃至全国医联体的进一步改革提供理论依据。方法:应用TOPSIS法对武汉市3种联动模式的医联体核心医院在改革前1年、改革当年、改革后1年和2012年反映社会效益和经济效益的10项指标进行综合评价。结果:3种联动模式的医联体核心医院在进行医联体改革后综合效益都有所提高,且进行紧密型医联体改革和半紧密型医联体改革的核心医院效益提升最为明显。结论:医联体改革促进了医联体核心医院效益的提升,且紧密型医联体对于提高医院的效益帮助最大。
Objectives:To analyze the linkage modes between the core hospital of medical union and the member institutions of medical union in Wuhan, to discuss the comprehensive benefits of the core hospital before and after the reform in Wuhan and to provide a theoretical basis for the further reform of medical union in Wuhan and in China. Methods:Ten indicators, which reflect social and economic benefits in the core hospitals of the three modes of medical union in the year before the reform, the reform of that year, a year after the reform and in 2012 were assessed by the method of TOPSIS. Results:The comprehensive benefits of the core hospitals in three modes of medical union have all improved after the reform, and the improving of the compact and the semi-compact medical union are more significant. Conclusion:The reform of medical union improves the comprehensive benefits of the core hospital in medical union and the compact mode has the best comprehensive benefits.
