摘要
目的:了解医院招聘职工归属感现状,探讨改进对策。方法:采用自行设计的招聘职工归属感调查问卷,对不同岗位的360名招聘职工进行调查。结果:总体来说,绝大部分招聘职工有强烈的归属感。结论:只有通过"以人为本"的各种改革措施,不断提升招聘职工归属感,才能实现全院职工的大融合,促进医院又好又快发展。
Objective:To understand the status of sense of belonging of recruitment staff in a special hospital. Methods:360 recruitment staffs in different positions were selected to have a self-designed questionnaire focusing on recruitment staffs'belonging sense. Results:90%of recruitment staff have a strong sense of belonging. Conclusion:Only through"human centered reform, continuously improving recruitment staffs' sense of belonging can realize the integration of all staff and promote sound and rapid development of hospital.
