摘要
系统论是提供新方法、新思想的重要科学理论,广泛应用于管理实践,对于高校高层次人才工作的可持续性发展具有重要的指导意义。高校高层次人才工作是一项系统工程,从整体性、层次性、关联性、动态性的角度系统审视了当前高校的高层次人才工作,分析工作中存在的问题,探索提升高校高层次人才工作水平的路径。
The system theory which provides new methods, new ideas, and widely used in management practice ,has an important guiding significance for the sustainable development of high level talents in colleges. High level talents in colleges and universities is a systematic project, from the perspective of entirety, hierarchy, relevance, dynamic system examines the current college high-level personnel work, and analyzed the existing problems and puzzles, explore the path to enhance the level of high level talents in colleges and universities.
