Reform and Exploration in Talents Training Mode for Professional Master Degree of Chinese Materia Medica

在我国中医药事业、中药产业迅猛发展,中药学硕士专业学位研究生培养的起步阶段,探讨人才培养模式的改革显得尤为重要。在分析中药学专业学位研究生培养过程中存在相关问题的基础上,结合调查研究和培养工作经验,提出进一步改革和完善中药学专业学位研究生培养模式的具体举措。

With the rapid development in the cause of traditional Chinese medicine and industry of Chinese medi- cine, it is particularly important to discuss the reform of talents training mode during the early stage of training in professional master degree of Chinese materia medica. Based on the analysis of related problems in the process of training in professional master degree of Chinese materia medica, and combined with investigation and training experience in school ,the review puts forward the specific measures to further reform and improvement for training mode professional master degree of Chinese materia medica.
