摘要
目的探讨高能X射线单次照射,建立小鼠放射性皮炎模型的可行性及实用性。方法16只8周龄C57BL/6雌性小鼠,随机分为照射组和对照组,每组各8只。采用6MVX射线,照射组小鼠的右后肢接受单次照射30Gy。小鼠放射性皮炎的分级标准采用根据脱毛面积和皮损情况自制的评分标准。结果小鼠右后肢照射后28天全部存活,照射组和对照射的放射性皮炎评分分别为2.75±0.38和1.00±0.00,两组具有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论应用电子直线加速器产生的高能X射线单次照射小鼠后肢所建立的小鼠放射性皮炎模型过程简单,模型可靠。
Objective To explore the use of high energy X ray single irradiation, the feasibility and practicability of establishing mouse model of radioactive dermatitis. Methods 16 female C57BL/6 mice aged 8 weeks, were randomly divided into irradiation group and control group, with 8 rats in each group. The 6MVX ray irradiated mice, the fight hind accept single irradiation 30Gy. Grading standards of radioactive dermatitis of mice using the standard score made according to the area of hair removal and skin damage. Results The fight hind limbs of mice 28 days after irradiation survived, irradiation group and radioactive dermatitis scores of irradiation were 2.75 _+ 0.38 and 1 _+ 0, two groups was statistically significant difference (P〈0.001). Conclusion Radioactive dermatitis mice model using electron linear accelerator production in high energy X-ray single irradiated mice hind the simple, reliable model.
