摘要
近年来高校思想政治教育工作的力度越来越大,但效果仍然不够明显,说明这套工作模式难以得到学生的广泛认同。基于此,通过分析传统高校思想政治教育模式的局限与困境,剖析其形成的深层次原因,指出:社会工作的理论和方法在发现个体的内在价值上具有一定的优势,可以将其借鉴或引进到思想政治教育工作中。并由此提出学校社会工作在高校思想政治教育中的介入方法,实现从说服教育到增能赋权的转换,从而不断改革和优化高校思想政治教育模式,切实提高思想政治教育的针对性、实效性、吸引力和感染力。
In recent years, it was found, in spite of the fact that many universities spare no efforts to the ideological and political education, the result is still not that obvious. It shows that the working mechanism is difficult to get the wide recognition from the students. Based on this, the present article gives a profound analysis and delves into the underlying reasons with regard to the deficiencies and difficulties of traditional ideological and political education in institutions of higher learning. It further points out that the theories and methods of social work have certain advantages over the exposure of individual intrinsic value. Therefore, it is applicable to bring in some methods of social work to the ideological and political education in universities. In the end, the article illustrates the interventional method which introduces social work to the university' s ideological and political education and the university achieves the shift from the persuasive education to student empowerment, and then the education mode of ideology and politics have been increasingly improved and optimized. As a result, the education of ideology and politics becomes more object-oriented, practical, attractive and appealing.
