摘要
镍钛合金在机械力学性能、形状记忆效应、超弹性、抗腐蚀性以及血液相容性等方面表现出优良的生物相容性与功能性,是理想的人体植入材料。简述Niti合金的医用基础和基于Niti合金的自膨式支架工作原理及优点,列举了临床中使用的几种自膨支架,展望Niti支架的发展趋势。
Niti alloy is a kind of idea biomedical material for its shape memory effect, super elastic, corrosion resistance and biocompatibility. The medical application foundation of Niti alloy, the theory and advantages of Niti -based self- expanding stents were sketched, and the self- expanding stents used in clinic currently were enumerated. In the end, the development tendency of Niti stents was predicted.
