摘要
我国高校创新型教师成长面临着诸多阻碍因素。这些因素包括制度与文化环境的制约、体制与机制的滞后、资源配置与投入的不合理、培训的内容形式过于简单、动机与情感的不适以及知识与方法缺陷等。由此,使教师从"教书匠"向"创造者"的转化过程变得极为艰难。只有对这些因素进行综合分析,我们才能形成系统与深刻的认识,从而协调管理,化解矛盾,形成教师转型升级的合理路径和工作策略。
Innovative College Teachers face many barriers about growth under the realistic background.These impediments include the institutional and cultural environment constraints,the lag of institutional and mechanisms,the unreasonable resource allocation and investment,too simple trainings,discomfort of motivation and emotional and defection of knowledge and methods and so on.These factors make it extremely complex and difficult to the process of transformation from "pedagogue" to "innovative teacher".We must carry out a comprehensive analysis on these factors in order to form a deep understanding of the transformation system,and thus to coordinate the management,resolve the conflicts,and form a reasonable transition path and strong strategies of the effective work.
