面向农村教育,创新教师教育一体化培养模式——黄冈师范学院“顶岗实习,置换培训”的思考 被引量:2

摘要 "顶岗实习,置换培训"是适应农村教育,创新教师教育一体化的新模式,黄冈师范学院的探索实践证明,"顶岗实习,置换培训"无论是对中小学教师,还是高师院校实习生,都有着非常重要的价值,它提高了教师教育的质量,搭建了教师专业成长的新平台,促进了高师院校教育教学改革和农村教育一体化均衡发展。但是,在实践中它还存在着一些问题,要真正达到"顶岗实习,置换培训"的实效还需进一步解决相关障碍问题:加强"顶岗实习"的专业指导,注重"置换培训"的实效性,强化高师院校与实习基地沟通,以期更好地发挥其作用。 "Internship,Replacement Training" is a new mode of innovative teacher education integration to meet the needs of rural education.The explorations and practices of Huanggang Normal University proofs that the mode of "Internship,Replacement Training" has very important value to primary and secondary school teachers,as well as to intern students from normal universities,which improves the quality of teacher education,builds up a new platform for the professional development of teachers,and promotes the balanced development between the educational reform in normal universities and the education integration in rural areas.However,there are still some problems in practice that needs to be solved in order to achieve the real effects of "Internship,Replacement Training" :paying attention to the effectiveness of "Replacement Training",and improving the communications between normal universities and practice bases so that the new mode will play a better role.
