摘要
教师实践能力在教师素质结构中处于重要地位,是教师个体职业生存和发展的根本依靠。教育部也在2011年颁布的《国家教师教育课程标准(试行)》中提出了实践取向的教师课程的新理念。本文首先从论述师范生实践能力内涵及其组成要素入手,联系地方性综合大学师范教育专业学生实际,探讨了在教师职前教育阶段培养师范生教学设计能力、组织能力、人际交往能力和评价能力的方法和途径。
Practical ability , as an important part in teachers'quality , is the basis of individual teachers'career . The Ministry of Education also brought up the concept of practice-oriented teacher course in National Teachers'Education Course Standards (trial implementation) issued in 2011 . This article first talks about the meaning of normal university students'practice ability and its component , and then based on the reality of normal students in local comprehensive universities , discusses some approaches about how to improve normal students'teaching design ability , organizational capability , interpersonal skills and assessment ability during their pre-service education .
