摘要 教师资格证书已成为我国教师准入的必备条件。本研究结合社会对教师的专业化从重"量"逐步向"质与量"兼顾转变的现实要求,提出教师资格"多层三级双证制"的展望,期望能为我国建立更加健全、完善的教师资格制度提供一些参考。 Teacher qualification certificate has been a prerequisite for Chinese teachers. This research combines the realistic request that the society requires teachers to shift their focus gradually from"quantity" to"quality and quantity", put forward the prospect of the multilayer three level double certification system for teacher qualification in the hope of providing reference for establishing a more sound teacher qualification certificate system.
